Why my order still processing? 

Generally, your orders are processed within 3-7 days. An email will be sent once your order has been shipped out. 

Due to the impact of COVID-19, all packages need to go through strict quality control and disinfection process before shipment to ensure customers' safety, which may cause a slight shipping delay. With increased order volume, your order will need 10-20 days for delivery after being shipped out.  

Do all of your items ship from USA? 

SugerIns ships from multiple warehouses all over the world, including New Jersey, Italy and Hong Kong. Your items will be shipped from the nearest facility that stocks the item you ordered. 

Can I change/modify my shipping address/sizes? 

Please contact customer service via Chat (Lower right corner blue icon) or Email at noyasmith@hotmail.com if you need to modify your shipping address or size. 

Why I didn't get an email about my order being shipped? 

After placing your order, we may need 1-3 days to prepare your order. This will be our processing time to make sure that your order is accurate. This processing time does not include shipping time. We will inform you with an email after shipment or if there is any delay. Please make sure your login with the correct email account and please check your mailbox spam folder as well. If you can't find the email fifteen days after you've placed your order, please contact our Customer Service. 

Note: 

During the pandemic, SugerIns needs between 3-7 days for processing with a total delivery time frame of 10-20 days. If your order is still within the range, please be patient. We appreciate your understanding.  

Can I cancel my order? 

Please contact customer service via Chat (Lower right corner blue icon) or Email at noyasmith@hotmail.com if you need to modify your shipping address or size. 

How long does it takes for my order to ship? 

When you place an order with SugerIns we will have to process the order first. Processing usually takes 1-3 business days. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details on how long it will take to get your package. 

Note: 

Due to the impact of COVID-19, government supervision has restricted many areas, including express shipping services, this may cause some delays of your package delivery. 

With increased order volume, once your order is shipped out, it will take about 10-20 days for delivery. We appreciate your patience.   

What should I do if I did not receive a confirmation email? 

If you have not received a confirmation email about your order, you may have registered your email incorrectly or the email might be in your spam folder. 

You may also send us an email (janesmith8887@outlook.com) or chat with us online to find out more about your order.  

How long will the order take to arrive? 

Due to high order volume, most orders with standard shipping will take 10-20 days for delivery. We kindly suggest you to check our Shipping Policy or the estimated delivery time at product details page first before purchasing. 

If you've already placed the order, please use the order tracking link at the bottom of https://bulgariff.myshopify.com/ to check the status of your order at any time.  

Why hasn't my shipping information been updated? 

It may take some time to update the information. If your shipment is arriving from our international warehouses, it may still be in transit or clearing customs, so the information will not be updated until it reaches next shipping facility. The shipping company may not update the package information on time. We will try to update that information as best we can for you. 

How can I track my order? 

SugerIns provides two ways for tracking: 

  • Shipping Email: It contains your tracking number and tracking link. 
  • Track via the “Track my orders” Link at the bottom of https://bulgariff.myshopify.com/

Note: 

  • It may take 3-5 days to see any activity once it has shipped out from our end as the next facility needs time to scan packages. Please allow some time for the courier to update the latest tracking info after reaching the next facility. 

I still haven't received my package. Where is my order? 

  • Your estimated delivery date includes processing and delivery time, please refer to our Shipping Info page for more details. 
  • You'll be able to follow your order as soon as it has been sent with trackable service. To check this, all you need to do is use the Track My Orders link at the bottom of https://bulgariff.myshopify.com/
  • If your estimated delivery date has passed and you still haven't received your order, please contact our Customer Service for help. 

Where is my order? 

  • You will receive your order 10-20 business days from the date that it was placed. For processing time, we may need up to 1-3 days to prepare your order after placing your order. This is to ensure that your order is accurate. This processing time does not include shipping time.

How long does delivery normally take? 

  • You will receive your order in 10-20 business days from the date that it is placed. Standard delivery may need more days than express delivery. 
  • For delivery time after your order was sent out, you can check the Shipping Info page for estimated delivery time. Please use the Track My Orders link at the bottom of https://bulgariff.myshopify.com/to check the status of your order at any time.

Why was my order divided into two or more packages? 

We will do partial shipping for your order in the following conditions: 

  • 1) Items are in different warehouses. 
  • 2) Clearance or sale items need additional preparation time. 
  • 3) Weight limit of customs or courier. 

You will receive an email notification when each package is being shipped. 

Why does it show my package has been delivered but it hasn't? 

Packages might be delivered to your mail box or signed by your neighbors. We suggest you check in your mail box and with your neighbors first. 

Or you can check with the shipping company with your tracking number and your ID card. Please use the Track My Orders link at the bottom of https://bulgariff.myshopify.com/ to check the status of your order at any time. If you still cannot find your package, please contact our Customer Service.
